Product names, models, SKUs, images and specifications are provided for identification purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Enquiries & Pricing

Prices are not displayed publicly on this website. When you submit an enquiry, indicative pricing is shared with you by email. All pricing is subject to confirmation, availability and change without notice. An enquiry does not constitute an order or a binding offer.

4. Orders

No contract of sale is formed until we issue a written confirmation or invoice. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any enquiry or order at our discretion.

5. Commercial Terms

• Tax: GST as applicable on all supplies.
• Stock & Despatch: Ready stock, or arranged within a maximum of 2 days.
• Payment: Within 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranty

We provide a guarantee / warranty as per company norms. For genuine products, a replacement warranty applies against premature bearing failures for 6 months from the date of mounting, backed by our commitment to quality and reliable after-sales service. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and correct application, mounting and maintenance of the bearing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oriental Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, except third-party trademarks, is the property of Oriental Enterprises and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
